How does it work?

Once you sign up for one of our subscriptions, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt from Tilopay outlining your payment and subscription details. You will also receive your Clover Identification Number (CIN) — a unique number that you can reference in emails when accessing deals, plans, or programmes.

To ensure you receive your welcome email, CIN, and all future deals, please make sure you enter your email address on our website so it is correctly recorded in our system. While we do our best to check that everyone is added, please contact us if you do not receive your welcome email within 24 hours.

Once you're in, you’ll gain access to our dedicated community page, where you can introduce yourself, connect with other members, ask questions, and share experiences. To get the most out of your membership, we recommend checking in regularly, as this is where we share updates, tips, and community discussions.

Depending on your subscription, you’ll also receive exclusive emails featuring lifestyle management tips, discounts, travel opportunities, and other perks. Each email includes clear images outlining pricing, what’s included, and simple instructions on how to book or purchase. If something catches your eye, just follow the steps provided — it’s that easy.

With our Lifestyle and Ladies Subscriptions, you’ll also have the opportunity to build your own Clover Plan, take part in our challenges, and share your progress with the community for motivation and accountability.

How will I get the offers?

Most offers will be sent via email but you may also see some of these offers in our closed facebook community groups.

How often will I receive offers?

For our lifestyle management members - we will send emails a couple of times per week. After you sign up you will be put on a list to receive the next email which may be a few days later. There will be lots of activity in the group also so it is advised to keep an eye on the group page as deals can pop up there also.

Our group travel deals will be less frequent as they take a lot more organisation and will depend on numbers and demand. The bigger the company grows the better and more frequent deals we will be able to offer.

Clover ladies will be a rolling group with regular updates and deals. A lot of the activity will be in the community but you will also receive email offers.

How do I get access to the online community?

When you sign up to the membership group you should then receive an invitation to join the relevant facebook group. If this does not happen automatically contact
info@cloverandthyme.com with your Clover Identification Number and you will be added individually.

What are Clover plans?

Clover Plans are simple, structured guides designed to help you make positive lifestyle changes in a manageable way. They provide practical steps, tips, and challenges to support areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, skincare, hydration, wellbeing, organisation, mindset, and daily habits. You can follow them at your own pace while sharing your progress with the community for motivation and accountability.

How do I get access to the Clover Plans?

Once you’ve signed up, simply decide what area of your lifestyle you’d like to focus on. Then email us with your Clover Identification Number (CIN) and request a Clover Plan. We’ll send you the plan that best supports your goals so you can get started right away.

Is the offers booked through Clover & Thyme?

No, we are not a booking agent. We work with multiple booking partners to find the best deals so we can pass them back to you. Where possible we will provide links to each deal and failing that instructions will be provided on how to book.

When will I get my first email?

Your first email will be a welcome message, sent shortly after you join. After that, you’ll receive emails tailored to the subscription you’ve chosen.

For Lifestyle and Ladies Memberships, we typically send a couple of emails each week.

For our Travel/Group Trip members, you’ll receive regular flight deals along with group travel opportunities as they are organised. Group trips may be limited at first but will expand as demand grows.

Is it a rolling subscription?

Yes. It is an annual rolling subscription. You will need to cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another year. You will be sent a renewal reminder before your renewal is due. This email will be sent to the same email address you used on our payment system so if you would like this to be changed make sure you contact us with your updated information.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please contact info@cloverandthyme.ky via email confirming that you would like to cancel your subscription. This however must be done before your renewal date to avoid being charged for your next year. 

Tilopay also provide an option to do this directly.

Who do I contact if I am not receiving offer emails?

Firstly check your spam and junk folders as occasionally they will default straight to spam.

Can I see or participate in the group travel deals with the Lifestyle Management membership?

No, the group travel is a separate membership. There will however be some travel deals included in this membership which you can book for yourself and your family.

You can also purchase the combination memberships to include both.

Can anyone join the Clover Ladies membership?

Clover Ladies is a FEMALE only group which was started prior to the business forming so the Status Quo shall remain the same.

We do also run a non subscription Facebook group called 'All The Clover Ladies group' You can request to join this if you are just looking for a social group and not interested in the lifestyle advice, deals, discounts or travel.

The Lifestyle membership group is very similar to the Clover Ladies and there will be crossover of content- this is UNISEX and anyone is welcome to join this group.

I am a female. Is it better to sign up for the Lifestyle or Clover Ladies subscripton?

It depends on what you would like out of the subscription. The lifestyle club is unisex and will focus on general topics where as the Clover Ladies will hit on all female topics and focus on women supporting women, overcoming barriers, building friendships and travelling together- It is Female only.

There will be a lot of crossover on the deals with the Ladies and Lifestyle groups so its down to personal preference. If you are looking for a strong female group where women support women then choose the female group.

If you are male and would like access to the clover plans alongside all the perks + lifestyle advice then choose the Lifestyle membership. Female members can off course join all groups. Male members can combine lifestyle and travel. All options will be available at check out but be mindful there will be a lot of carryover between memberships.

The Travel group will only include flights and group travel deals-most of which will not be offered to the other groups.
